Unsent-letter
Hey mom and dad it’s (me). I know I have not been perfect, and I could have done a better job talking with you instead of just cutting everyone out.
I want you to know that I have never said a bad thing to anyone about either of you. Especially not to the kids. The times (my son) has asked why you and I don’t talk, I just tell him we are working things out, and we will talk again eventually. I would never want to take away the chance of them still having a relationship with their grandparents.
We started arguing and then I just blocked you and tried my best to move on without you, instead of trying to talk it out. The way I dealt with that argument was wrong and not the kind of person I want to be. I am not looking for this to turn into a fight. I love you both. If you are open to moving forward, I am here. If not, I understand and I will not press any further.
